Bucha Palace
Bucha Castle is a historical summer residence of the Bucha and Lukovich families, located in the center of Tivat. Despite the fact that, compared to other cities on the Montenegrin coast, Tivat is much less famous for its majestic and interesting buildings, the palace is definitely worth a visit.
St. Mark’s Island
St. Mark’s Island or Stradioti Island is perhaps the most picturesque of the three islands of Tivat (the other two are the Island of Flowers and the Island of the Merciful Wife — the Lady of Mercy). This small island with a pretty beach is covered with greenery and pleases the eye; but not only with dense trees.
Gornya-Lastva
Gornja Lastva is a lovely village near Tivat, which acquires a special attraction for tourists in the summer season. Modern Mining is a charming rural corner and an opportunity to touch the appropriate flavor.
Tivat City Park
“Gradsky Park” is a mandatory part of the program when visiting Tivat. At first glance, it does not stand out for something outstanding and extraordinary: it’s just that the park is located in close proximity to the beach of Przno, and in the summer heat it is green and pleasant here.
Museum of Naval Heritage
The Museum of Naval Heritage occupies the premises of the arsenal, located in Tivat since the reign of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. After the division of Yugoslavia, obsolete ships were sold off or cut up for scrap, and the military base was transformed into a luxurious marina of Porto Montenegro.
